Responsibilities Include:.
    Examine performance of regions sales to recognize disadvantages and recommend action strategies to raise firm sales.
    Evaluate historical sales fads, task brand-new sales trends and establish area projections by line of product.
    Review and recruit dealers to provide sales/support in underserved profession areas.
    Suggest advertising and marketing prepare for new and existing items.
    Offer detailed recommended yearly budget plan for territory expenses.
    Offer training and assistance on the business items to dealerships in the area.
    Keep dealerships notified of adjustments in rates, parts availability, funding fees, and so on
    Plan and conduct territory exhibition, dealer open homes, seminars or various other events in the area that offer possibilities for the promotion of companys items.
    Provides Sales Manager updates on market fads, competitive information, and future business/product opportunities within area.
    Plan and perform dealer and customer training conferences.
    Deliver in-field technological support when deemed essential by firms technical assistance team.
    As much as 50 % trip.
Certifications:.
    BS degree in business, marketing or farming.  MS level a plus.
    Three or additional years in sales or marketing of agricultural products in North The united state.
    Detailed understanding of sales and marketing procedures.
    Capacity to compile, examine and effectively existing information on the performance of sales territory, and dealers; on competitors market shares and on new market possibilities.
