 Responsibilities:.
Supervise manufacturing employees (25-70 employees).
Efficiently connect with workers and management to drive continuous enhancement.
Strategy and routine work to use tools and keep maximum efficiency degrees.
Utilize crucial operating signs for control of product price, material usage, device downtime, expenditures and other shift features.
Work a rotating 12-hour change timetable.
Constantly keep an eye on safety and security processes and compliance; lead safety process/accident investigation for staff.
Work with job assignments/priorities with change upkeep personnel.
Ready effort, equipment, and material use records.
Help with daily, weekly, and monthly communication conferences with crew.
Record and administer training for per hour employees. Understand where there might be gaps in training and remedy.
Supply group with positive, effective responses as required; conduct efficiency assessments.
Utilize the concepts of procedure improvements (Six Sigma, Lean and/or FIVES). .
Requirements:.
Four-year college level (gotten or in progress) OR high institution diploma required plus experience - Four-year degree favored and will approve if in progress.  (3-5 supervisory exp).
