Burrell is currently seeking a Clinical Coordinator to oversee our Youth addictions program.

Responsibilities

Research, implement, and oversee evidence-based programming and/or best-practice services, including assessments, treatment planning, and curriculum within the ADA program.

Provide or arrange for clinical staff training in the areas of assessment, treatment planning, ADA service provision, client engagement and retention, etc.

Monitor for appropriateness of level of care recommendations, changes to treatment intensity, and completion of treatment services related to ADA clients.

Complete annual performance evaluations on supervised staff.

Oversee and attend group supervision meetings as needed.

Provide individual clinical supervision to clinical staff

Serve as liaison between administrative and clinical staff.

Monitor clinical documentation, time, productivity, and deficiencies of supervised staff to ensure compliance with program standards and Burrell policy.

Perform supervisory duties in absence of the Program Director

Qualifications

  • CRADC
  • LPC Preferred
  • 2 years of substance use disorder treatment experience.
  • Previous experience in supervising staff.
